For every transactions of IDR1,500 using HSBC VISA Signature Credit Card, you are entitled to get 1 Rewards Point.

Exclusively only for HSBC VISA Signature Credit Card, you can enjoy accelerated point earning for every transaction in the following categories:

  • 4X Rewards Points for your travel related purchase includes: Airlines, Hotel or other accommodation, and transaction through Travel Agent both domestic and overseas
  • 4X Rewards Points for dining transaction.
  • 2X Rewards Points for retail overseas transaction.

The bonus points will be accumulated to the current points that you have within maximum 30 (thirty) business days since transaction is posted.

Terms and Condition of HSBC VISA Signature Rewards Feature

  1. This feature is valid from January 1 2016.
  2. This feature is valid for HSBC VISA Signature Main Credit Cardholder issued by HSBC Indonesia, provided that the card account is still valid and the Cardholder (i) has no outstanding payment, (ii) is not in an over limit condition, (iii) has no record of misuse of the HSBC Credit Card, and (iv) has a good record as a Cardholder (as will be determined by HSBC in its sole discretion).
  3. 4 (four) Rewards Points will be given to HSBC VISA Signature Credit Cardholder for every IDR 1,500 spending in travel (hotel, airlines, travel agents) and dining both for domestic and overseas transactions.
  4. 2 (two) Rewards Points will be given to HSBC VISA Signature Credit Cardholder for every IDR 1,500 overseas retail transaction.
  5. This feature is not valid for cash advance and Bestbill.
  6. The maximum rewards points credited to cardholder is 250,000 points per month.
  7. Rewards points will be added to cardholder's account 30 (thirty) days at the latest .
  8. HSBC reserves the right for not giving additional rewards points to cardholder is HSBC suspect there is a credit card misuse.
  9. HSBC reserves the right to change or delete the feature stated above at any time within 7 (seven) calendar days' notice before activation.

Service Provided By GCAS

  • Lost/Stolen card reporting
    This service allows a cardholder to report the theft or loss of his VISA card. The account number, if it is available, can be immediately blocked thus reducing further losses on the card.

  • Emergency card replacement
    This service allows a cardholder to receive a temporary replacement card to cover his/her traveling needs. An emergency card replacement must have:
    • CVV encoding.
    • Minimum spending limit of US$10,000.

  • Emergency cash disbursement
    This service advances cash to cardholder to cover his/her traveling needs. The minimum stand-in emergency cash disbursement is US$5,000 or local currency equivalent

  • Cardholder inquiry service
    This service allows a cardholder to acquire information on VISA products, as well as get connected to their issuing bank when they are traveling.
 
 

Term and Conditions for Category A (200.000 points)

  1. This program only valid for HSBC Visa Signature Cardholder issued by HSBC Indonesia. (“Cardholders”).
  2. Cardholders are eligible to get free 1 (one) hotel night after redeeming HSBC rewards points through HSBC Call Center 500 808 from home phone number or 021-500 808 from handphone, based on hotel category A : 200.000 rewards points.
  3. After redeeming HSBC rewards points, Cardholders will receive e-voucher containing ref-number that will be sent to Cardholders e-mail.
  4. E-voucher will valid for 3 (three) months since the date it is sent to Cardholders e-mail. Cardholders should call Panorama Tours (021) 2556 5550 to reserve for the hotel before the expiry date of the e -voucher.
  5. Cardholders can reserve the hotel to Panorama Tours by mentioning the ref number written in the e-voucher. Cardholders can choose the hotel based on rewards points category redeemed, for unlimited date of visit but subject to room availability of the chosen hotel.
  6. After Cardholders make hotel reservation through Panorama Tours call center, Panorama Tours will issue hotel voucher and Cardholders can take the voucher at Panorama Tours offices, or it can be sent to cardholders' e-mail.
  7. The usage of hotel voucher from Panorama Tours may not be transferred to anyone else.
  8. Use of the hotel rooms are subject to the further terms and conditions of each hotel.

  1. This program only valid for HSBC Visa Signature Cardholder issued by HSBC Indonesia. (“Cardholders”).
