How to pay HSBC Credit Card

Important News

  • Credit card payment through teller counter and ATM at other bank in cooperation with HSBC will be posted as per payment date and available credit will increase in the amount paid within two business days.Tips:
    To avoid incurring charges, the cardholder is advised to make payment prior to the payment due date
  • For payment made through ATM, Internet Banking, Phone Banking, and Ponsel Banking of other Banks, the payment fee will be debited into your credit card account. For payment in BII counter, the payment fee will be collected to the customer by BII teller staff.
  • Payment made at HSBC branches on Saturday/Sunday/holiday will be processed by HSBC on the following Monday or 1 working day after the transaction.
  • Payment made through HSBC ATM is processed instantly.
  • Amount of Minimum Payments
    Customers are required to pay the minimum amount of 5% of the total outstanding balance or IDR 50,000 (whichever is higher).
  • DIRECT DEBIT
    If you are an HSBC Account holder, you can issue a standing instruction to us in writing. You can choose to do either a full or minimum payment on your monthly credit card bill. This will automatically be debited from your nominated account. This service is available for free.
