1 Over the counter bank-note withdrawal in foreign currency of your choice:

  • HSBC Premier customers
    • Free up to US$5,000 per day or the equivalent in other foreign currency if the total relationship balance of the previous month was more than Rp 500 million. If the total relationship balance of the previous month was less than IDR 500 million, then the withdrawal tariff refers to the tariff applicable to HSBC Advance customers below.
    • Tariff of 0.75% for withdrawal more than US$5,000 per day or the equivalent in other foreign currency if the total relationship balance of the previous month was more than Rp 500 million. If the total relationship balance of the previous month was less than IDR 500 million, then the withdrawal tariff refers to the tariff applicable to HSBC Advance customers below.
    • Maximum bank notes withdrawal per month is US$50,000. Fee for exceeding monthly bank notes withdrawal limit is 0.75%.
  • HSBC Advance customers
    • Free up to US$1,000 per day or the equivalent in other foreign currency
    • Tariff of 0.75% for withdrawal more than US$1,000 per day or the equivalent in other foreign currency.
    • Maximum bank notes withdrawal per month is US$10,000. Fee for exceeding monthly bank notes withdrawal limit is 0.75%.
