HSBC Personal Internet Banking (PIB/Mobile) Time Deposit Transaction

1. This program will run from October 26th - December 31st 2018 ("Program Period") and eligible to PT Bank HSBC Indonesia customer with saving accounts ("Customer") who perform Time Deposit placement through HSBC Personal Internet Banking or HSBC Mobile Banking.
2. Customer who have not registered as HSBC Personal Internet Banking or HSBC Mobile Banking user have to do registration to be able to place Time Deposit through HSBC Personal Internet Banking or HSBC Mobile Banking. Customer who is registered as HSBC Personal Internet Banking or HSBC Mobile Banking user can directly do Time Deposit Placement by following the steps as describe by the program.
3. Customer will get Zalora e-voucher 15% once customer has performed Time Deposit placement with minimum of IDR 5 Mio through HSBC Personal Internet Banking or HSBC Mobile Banking.
4. E-voucher Zalora will be sent to customer e-mail address registered at HSBC.
5. E-voucher Zalora can be used for sales purchase at www.zalora.co.id until February 28th 2019.
6. E-voucher Zalora can only be redeemed for transaction in www.zalora.co.id using credit card payment.
7. The value of the discount is discount 15% with no minimum purchase.
8. E-Voucher Zalora cannot be exchange with cash.
9. E-Voucher Zalora can be redeemed for more than one transactions
   
   1. On Oct 30th , 2018 customer purchase from www.zalora.co.id with the amount transactions of IDR 200,000 using 15% discount e-voucher from HSBC, therefore customer will need to pay IDR 170,000
   2. On Nov 5th , 2018 customer purchase from www.zalora.co.id with the amount transactions of IDR 500,000 using 15% discount e-voucher from HSBC, therefore customer will need to pay IDR 425,000
10. E-voucher Zalora cannot be multiplied and will be given to customer who eligible based on program terms and conditions.
11. Transaction amount that is counted for e-voucher Zalora eligibility only from one customer account at HSBC (Joint account is not eligible).
12. E-Voucher Zalora will be sent to customer e-mail address registered at HSBC on date of 20th in the month of Time Deposit placement. If the Time Deposit placement is performed after 20th of the month, then e-voucher will be sent on date of 20th next month. If 20th of the month falls on holiday then e-voucher Zalora will be sent on the next business day.
13. This program cannot be combined with other programs, each program transaction cannot be refund or canceled.
14. Customer can contact www.zalora.co.id Customer Service at 021 29490100 for all information in regards with the usage of E-Voucher.
15. HSBC will not responsible on the quality of the gift, therefore HSBC is not responsible for any matters related to the quality of the gift.
16. BE CAREFUL OF FRAUD. HSBC is held harmless from and against any and all liabilities related to any form of fraud or any action by other/third party that is associated with this promotion program. Be alert and stay aware of any party using HSBC's name and promising to delivery any gift.
