HSBC Indonesia retail banking transfer

We're preparing to transfer our retail banking and wealth management business to OCBC Indonesia.

Welcome to your transfer guide

PT Bank HSBC Indonesia (HSBC Indonesia) is transferring its retail and wealth management accounts to PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (OCBC Indonesia). We’ve built this guide to give you clear timelines, answer your questions, and show you how your everyday banking remains completely protected.

We expect to wrap up the transfer in the first half of 2027, pending final regulatory approvals.

Please note that if you use our Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) services, this decision doesn’t affect those accounts at all.
