This HSBC Program is valid exclusively for main cardholders of HSBC Platinum/Signature credit card issued by PT Bank HSBC Indonesia ("Cardholder”), provided that the card account is still valid and the Cardholder (i) has no outstanding payment, (ii) is not in an over limit condition, (iii) has no record of misuse of the HSBC Credit Card, and (iv) has a good record as a Cardholder (as will be determined by HSBC in its sole discretion).

"Up to 5x Rewards Multiplier" is a program which is valid for Cardholders with all retail transaction minimum of IDR 20,000,000 (twenty million Rupiah) for HSBC Visa Signature and minimum of IDR 10,000,000 (ten million Rupiah) for HSBC VISA Platinum during program period.

Program Mechanism

1. Program is valid during 2 period ("Program Period"):
• Period I : 1 - 31 October 2017
• Period II : 1 - 30 November 2017
2. 5x Rewards Points will be given to your HSBC Visa Signature for all retail transaction with a total of minimum IDR 20,000,000 (twenty million Indonesian Rupiah) during each Program Period.
3. 3x Rewards Points will be given to your HSBC VISA Platinum for all retail transaction with a total minimum IDR 10,000,000 (ten million Indonesian Rupiah) during each Program Period.
4. The maximum Bonus Rewards Points that will be given to the Cardholder for each program period are as follow:
   • Maximum 150,000 (one hundred fifty thousand) for HSBC VISA Signature, and
   • Maximum 50,000 (fifty thousand) for HSBC VISA Platinum
5. The above multiplier is inclusive with the current regular rewards multiplier for HSBC VISA Signature and Platinum.
6. This program is only valid for retail transaction and is not valid for instalment, Best Bill and other cash advance transaction as defined by HSBC
7. All Rewards Points related to this Program will be credited at the latest within 60 (sixty) days after each Program Period.
8. In the case of which Cardholders cancel one of the transaction during program period that makes Cardholders ineligible or fail to comply with other requirements, HSBC has the right to not give the bonus rewards points multiplier and/or automatically debited the rewards points back from customer.
9. Additional rewards points given to eligible customers shall follow HSBC's rewards points calculation. Credit cardholders may submit inquiries/complaints on any bonus rewards points discrepancy at the latest by 15th January 2018.
