Protecting yourself from fraud
HSBC Indonesia is committed to protecting you from any fraudulent acts. You're not allowed to provide personal information such as bank account details and credit card numbers via email, SMS or WhatsApp.
Here are several details to be acknowledged that our short message service is an official account:
- HSBC Indonesia has a verified official account on WhatsApp – a green tick will appear next to the HSBC account
- Do not open any links or QR codes sent via email, SMS or any messages from unverified accounts
