Rewards Points with HSBC credit cards

1. This programme is valid for HSBC Premier Mastercard, HSBC Visa Signature, and HSBC Visa Platinum cardholder issued by HSBC Indonesia (“Cardholder”).
2. This programme is valid for all HSBC Premier Mastercard, HSBC Visa Signature, and HSBC Visa Platinum Cardholders who own more than 1 million Rewards Points in their card. If the Cardholder redeemed the Rewards Points and owns less than 1 million Rewards Points after redemption then cardholder cannot get the 1 Million Points Club programme anymore.
3. The Million Points Club programme privileges are:
   1. Additional Rewards Points for mileage redemption,
      1. HSBC Premier Mastercard Cardholder is entitled to get additional 15% Rewards Points from total Rewards Points redemption when customer redeem Rewards Points with airline mileage through HSBC Contact Center.
         lllustration:
         1. Cardholder redeem 510,000 Rewards Points (equivalent with 20,400 miles)
         2. HSBC will credit the additional 15% Rewards Points (15% × 510,000 = 76,500 Rewards Points) back to the cardholder.
         3. The maximum additional Rewards Points that can be credited back to cardholder is maximum 200,000 Rewards Points per redemption.
      2. HSBC Visa Signature Cardholder is entitled to get additional 10% Rewards Points from total Rewards Points redemption when customer redeem Rewards Points with airline mileage through HSBC Contact Center
         lllustration:
         1. Cardholder redeem 510,000 Rewards Points (equivalent with 20,400 miles)
         2. HSBC will credit the additional 10% Rewards Points (10% × 510,000 = 51,000 Rewards Points) back to the cardholder.
         3. The maximum additional Rewards Points that can be credited back to cardholder is maximum 100,000 Rewards Points per redemption.
      3. Valid only for HSBC Premier Mastercard with 5 million Rewards Points and more. Cardholder is is entitled to get additional 25% Rewards Points from total Rewards Points redemption when customer redeem Rewards Points with airline mileage through HSBC Contact Center.

         1. Cardholder redeem 510,000 Rewards Points (equivalent with 20,400 miles)
         2. HSBC will credit the additional 25% Rewards Points (25% × 510,000 = 127,500 Rewards Points) back to the cardholder.
      4. Bonus Rewards Points will be granted no later than the end of following month after the successful redemption to mileage through HSBC Contact Center (when airline miles have been successfully transferred to customer's mileage account)
   2. Effective 8 May 2025, due to the maximum monthly redemption limit of 2,500,000 Rewards Point, then point 3a will be changed as follows:
      1. Additional Rewards Point Programme
         1. HSBC Premier Mastercard Credit Cardholders are entitled to receive an additional 15% Rewards Point based on the total Rewards Point redeemed into mileage through the HSBC Contact Center.
            Illustration:
            1. Cardholder redeems 510,000 Rewards Point (equivalent to 20,400 miles).
            2. HSBC will credit an additional 15% (15% × 510,000 = 76,500 Rewards Point) back to the cardholder's credit card.
            3. Maximum additional Rewards Point that can be credited to the cardholder is 375,000 Rewards Point per month.
         2. HSBC Visa Signature Credit Cardholders are entitled to receive an additional 10% Rewards Point based on the total Rewards Point redeemed into mileage through the HSBC Contact Center.
            Illustration:
            1. Cardholder redeems 510,000 Rewards Point (equivalent to 20,400 miles).
            2. HSBC will credit an additional 10% (10% × 510,000 = 51,000 Rewards Point) back to the cardholder's credit card.
            3. Maximum additional Rewards Point that can be credited to the cardholder is 250,000 Rewards Point per month.
         3. Specifically for HSBC Premier Mastercard cardholders with more than 5 million Rewards Point, the cardholder is eligible to enjoy the 5 Million Points Club programme: An additional 25% Rewards Point based on the total Rewards Point redeemed into mileage through the HSBC Contact Center.
            Illustration:
            1. Cardholder redeems 510,000 Rewards Point (equivalent to 20,400 miles).
            2. HSBC will credit an additional 25% (25% × 510,000 = 127,500 Rewards Point) back to the cardholder's credit card.
            3. Maximum additional Rewards Point that can be credited to the cardholder is 625,000 Rewards Point per month.
   3. Free unlimited domestic Airport Lounge access,
      1. Cardholder can enjoy free domestic airport lounge access without redeeming Rewards Points if cardholder owns more than 1 million Rewards Points.
      2. Only the main cardholder can enjoy and enter the domestic airport lounge.
      3. HSBC Premier Mastercard with 5 million Rewards Points and more can bring a plus one to enter the domestic airport lounge.
      4. This programme is only valid for domestic airport lounges who have partnership with HSBC
   4. Free Priority Pass membership
      1. HSBC Premier Mastercard and HSBC Visa Signature (starting 1 May 2017) Cardholder is entitled for a free Priority Pass membership to enter Priority Pass lounge without redeeming Rewards Points.
      2. Cardholder can enjoy the free membership for 1 full year, starting from the date when customer request for Priority Pass membership to HSBC Contact Center.
      3. Effective 1 October 2024, the following adjustments will apply to Priority Pass:
         1. Priority Pass usage is limited to a maximum of 4 times per year during the Priority Pass membership period.
         2. This applies to Priority Pass lounges worldwide except airport lounge in Indonesia. Access to airport lounge in Indonesia can be enjoyed without using Priority Pass, subject to terms and conditions.
         3. Cardholders who exceed the maximum limit of 4 uses per year during the Priority Pass membership period and use Priority Pass to visit airport lounges in Indonesia will incur a fee USD 35 per visit. This fee will be charged to the cardholder's credit card account.
      4. If cardholders' Rewards Points are less than 1 million when customer requests for Priority Pass membership, cardholder cannot enjoy this programme.
      5. Cardholder do not need to maintain having 1 million Rewards Points to enter Priority Pass lounges when they have obtained Priority Pass membership.
      6. If Cardholder already has a Priority Pass membership card from the Million Points Club programme, then Cardholder may not apply for an additional Priority Pass membership card from another HSBC Credit Card that has Rewards Point amount above 1 million points.
      7. Only the main cardholder can enjoy and enter the Priority Pass lounge.
      8. Effective as of 22 April 2024, if HSBC Premier Mastercard and HSBC Visa Signature Credit Card holders bring additional guests, a fee of USD35/guest/arrival will be charged which will be charged automatically to your HSBC Premier Mastercard Credit Card and HSBC Visa Signature Credit Card.

   5. Free Annual Fee Programme
      1. Free annual fee is counted from card anniversary month onwards. Card anniversary month is the month when the card was approved.
      2. If during the month of card anniversary, the customers' Rewards Points are less than 1 million points, then customer's card will not be granted free annual fee.
      3. Free annual fee is for customers main card and up to 3 supplementary cards.
      4. The programme will be given in the form of annual fee waiver that will be credited to customers account in max. 30 business days after customer received the charges.
4. HSBC decision is absolute and irrevocable.
5. These programmes are valid only for main cardholders.
6. Cardholder may raise queries and objections on programmes calculation discrepancies in 30 business days at the latest from the privilege is received. All queries and objections that are raised after 30 business days will not be entertained by HSBC.

Effective 14 April 2023, there will be changes to the amount of Rewards Points you need to exchange for hotel e-vouchers in each category, in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions apply. Hotel selections may change from time to time. Hotel voucher will be presented as an electronic voucher that will be sent to customer's registered email address per HSBC records. The voucher is provided by an HSBC-appointed travel agent.

1. This HSBC programme is exclusively for primary cardholders of HSBC Visa Signature & Premier Mastercard credit cards issued by PT Bank HSBC Indonesia ('HSBC'), hereinafter referred to as the 'Cardholders', where the credit card is still valid and the Cardholder (i) has no overdue payments, (ii) is not over the credit limit, (iii) has no negative credit history and (iv) has a good track record as a Cardholder in accordance to HSBC's terms and conditions.
2. Cardholders may redeem their HSBC Rewards Points for an e-voucher that can be used for a complimentary 1 (one) night stay from Panorama, in accordance with the list of hotels available under each Rewards Points redemption category.
3. The reward points redemption categories are as below:
   1. Category A: 250,000 Rewards Points
   2. Category B: 300,000 Rewards Points
   3. Category C: 425,000 Rewards Points
   4. Category D: 500,000 Rewards Points
4. Cardholders can redeem Rewards Points through the HSBC Call Centre on 1500 808.
5. Cardholders will receive the e-voucher via the email registered with HSBC no later than 3 business days after the redemption.
6. The e-voucher can be redeemed for a hotel voucher issued by Panorama within 3 months from the date the e-voucher is sent to the Cardholder's email or in accordance with the expiry date stated on the e-voucher. Redemptions made after the expiry date will be considered invalid.
7. Cardholders can redeem the e-voucher for a Panorama hotel voucher by:
   1. Contacting Panorama call centre at +6221 2556 5550, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm; or
   2. Visiting Panorama TOMANG Head Office located at Panorama Building 1st Floor, Jl. Tomang Raya 63 - Jakarta Barat 11440.
8. Redemption is made by quoting the Reference Number stated on the e-voucher. Cardholders can choose a hotel listed in the Hotel List based on the category stated on the e-voucher, as shown in the aforementioned categories (A, B, C and D).
9. The hotel voucher redemption is subject to room availability and the applicable dates specified for this programme, whereby Cardholders may request confirmation from Panorama in advance.
10. If the selected hotel or date is unavailable, Cardholders may choose another hotel in the same category or select a different date. Customers may not choose another hotel from a different category than the one stated on the e-voucher. Cardholders are not allowed to conduct any transactions with Panorama beyond the e-voucher redemption (such as paying price difference, selling the e-voucher and other transactions).
11. After the Cardholder makes a hotel reservation through Panorama Call Centre or Head Office, Panorama will issue a hotel voucher/e-voucher to stay for 1 (one) night. The hotel voucher can be collected at Panorama Head Office, or the e-voucher will be sent to the Cardholder's email address registered with HSBC no later than 3 (three) business days after the hotel reservation is successfully made.
12. Hotel voucher redemption is only valid for standard rooms.
13. Hotel vouchers issued by Panorama cannot be changed to another date/room type/hotel, redeemed for cash, cancelled or transferred for any reason.
14. The use of the hotel room is subject to the terms and conditions applicable at each hotel.
15. HSBC is not responsible for hotel vouchers issued by Panorama, including their delivery, use, or any issues and complaints arising from the hotel vouchers, as well as any other transactions or costs incurred beyond the Rewards Points redemption set by HSBC.
16. Cardholders may submit questions or complaints regarding Rewards Points redemption or deduction into Panorama Hotel Vouchers within 3 (three) months from the redemption date, and the complaints resolution will handled in accordance with HSBC's policies. After this period, HSBC is under no obligation to handle enquiries, complaints, or to provide compensations of any kind.
17. HSBC reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions at any time with prior notice to Cardholders through the HSBC Website.
18. Other HSBC's terms and conditions (such as Credit Card Rewards Points Terms & Conditions) and Panorama's terms and conditions remain applicable.

1. Prior to redeeming Rewards Points to Mileage, Cardholders must be holding miles membership number from Mileage Provider participated and registered.
2. Mileage member number must be informed every time cardholders request for redemption to Mileage.
3. Discrepancy regarding the number or name of the Mileage member card provided Cardholders to HSBC can cause a delay or result in cancellation of the registration process.
4. Minimum Rewards Point to Mileage is 125.000 Rewards Points equal to 5.000 miles and apply multiplication every 62,500 Rewards Points equal to 2.500 miles.
5. Effective May 8, 2025, there will be a change in the minimum Rewards Points redemption for mileage programme to 200,000 Rewards Point (equivalent to 8,000 miles) and will apply in multiples of 50,000 Rewards Point (equivalent to 2,000 miles) with maximum redemption of 2,500,000 Rewards Point or equivalent to 100,000 miles per month.

Starting 24 October 2022, conversion rate and minimum redemption apply for exchanging Rewards Points to mileage.

1. Mileage Redemption is one of the privileges given by PT. Bank HSBC Indonesia ("HSBC") to all HSBC main cardholders except Corporate cards, Visa/Mastercard Classic, Visa/Mastercard Gold, Visa Platinum and Visa Platinum Cash Back ("Credit Cardholder").
2. Credit Cardholders may redeem Mileage by redeeming Rewards Points accumulated on each main card which are still valid on the day of exchange ("Mileage Redemption").
3. Mileage redemption can only be done by Credit Cardholder and cannot be represented.
4. Before performing Mileage Redemption, the Credit Cardholder must have Frequent Flyer/Mileage membership card from each participating Mileage Provider and it must be registered under the same name as the Cardholder's Name.
5. Mileage Redemption can be done by contacting HSBC Contact Center at +62 21 5291 4722 or 84722 from mobile phone.
6. Mileage account number information must be submitted on every Mileage Redemption.
7. Any incorrect information given by Credit Cardholder regarding Mileage membership account number or the name registered under the Mileage membership may result in delays or cancellation of the Mileage redemption process.
8. The minimum redemption of Rewards Point for mileage programme is 200,000 Rewards Point equivalent to 8,000 miles and applies to multiples of every 50,000 Rewards Point equivalent to 2,000 miles with a maximum exchange of 2,500,000 Rewards Point or equivalent to 100,000 miles per month.
   The applicable Rewards Point to mileage conversion rates are as follows: Premier dan Signature: 25 Rewards Point / 1 mile
9. Mileage will be credited to the Credit Cardholder Mileage account within 15 (fifteen) working days after the redemption request is submitted.
10. The Mileage Redemption process is subject to Terms & Conditions imposed by the respective Mileage Provider. All issues and questions on mileage which has been successfully converted and credited to Cardholder's mileage account, comprising features, usage, benefits, complaints and others will be received and resolved by the respective Mileage Provider as the owner of mileage product and feature.
11. Mileage Redemption to the same Mileage Account can be done only once per week with one HSBC credit card. If the Credit Cardholder wishes to conduct more than one Mileage Redemption to the same Mileage Account, then each exchange shall be made on a different week.
12. In the event of failure in the process of mileage redemption HSBC has no obligation to inform the failure to the cardholder.
13. Credit Cardholder has 3 months from the date of Mileage Redemption request was submitted to lodge a complaint regarding mileage redemption.
14. HSBC may modify, delete or add these terms and conditions and the Rewards Point amount required to redeem Rewards Points. Any change will be notified to Cardholder via HSBC website www.hsbc.co.id within 7 (seven) working days prior to any change.

1. Points redemption for shopping discounts on credit cards is one of the benefits provided by PT. Bank HSBC Indonesia ('HSBC') to all cardholders of primary HSBC Mastercard Premier & Visa Signature Credit Cards.
2. The shopping discount is provided in the form of cashback to the cardholder's HSBC Credit Card account.
3. Credit Card holders can get shopping discount on their credit cards by redeeming the accumulated Rewards Points on both primary and supplementary cards, provided the points are still valid on the day of the redemption.
4. Below is the conversion of the Rewards Points and bill discount value.

1. Minimum redemption is 40,000 Rewards Points, and thereafter in multiplies of 40,000 Rewards Points.
2. There is no maximum limit for Rewards Points redemption.
3. Illustration
   1. The Cardholder's credit card transaction value is IDR10,000,000
   2. Points redeemed are 320,000 Rewards Points
   3. The total transaction discount is 320,000 points: 40,000 points × IDR100,000 = IDR800,000
   4. The remaining transaction the Cardholder must pay is IDR10,000,000 − IDR800,000 = IDR9,200,000
4. Shopping discounts using Rewards Points are only valid for transactions on the same type of HSBC credit card as the source of the redeemed Rewards Points. For example, if a customer redeems Rewards Points to get shopping discounts on HSBC Mastercard Premier credit card ending in 1234, the shopping discount can only be applied to that specific HSBC Mastercard Premier credit card.
5. The redemption of Rewards Points for shopping discounts can only be requested by the Primary Credit Card Holder and cannot be delegated.
6. The process of applying transaction discounts using Rewards Points takes a maximum of 5 (five) business days from the date of the Rewards Points redemption request.
7. The redemption of Rewards Points for bill discounts can be made up to 5 business days before the billing statement date by accessing https://grp.hsbc/bayarpakaipoin
8. The bill discount will be reflected in the next month's statement.
9. The Bank requires the Cardholders to keep making credit card payments according to the amount stated on the billing statement before the due date to avoid interest charges, fees and changes to the HSBC credit card payment status.
10. Cardholders can redeem HSBC Rewards Points for shopping discounts only 1 (once) per day through HSBC Website or Contact Centre.
11. The Bank is not responsible for any failure in points redemption if the redemption transaction is made more that 1 (once) in the same day.
12. For convenience, Cardholders are advised to not redeem any HSBC Rewards Points within 5 (five) business days after making a points redemption.
13. HSBC will send SMS notification regarding failed Rewards Points redemption if Rewards Points are insufficient, the credit card is blocked at the time of the redemption processing, or for other reasons, within a maximum of 5 (five) business days after the Cardholder redeems HSBC Rewards Points.
14. Redeemed Rewards Points cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason.
15. The Rewards Points calculation is subject to the applicable Rewards Terms and Conditions, which can be accessed on the Rewards Points page.

3. Basic Rewards Points will be credited automatically to the main Cardholder Rewards Points balance once the purchase transaction is booked.
4. In addition to Basic Rewards Points, Credit Cardholders will receive additional Rewards Points for retail purchases made based on their respective credit card product features ("Product Feature Rewards Points") with details as follows:
   1. Signature – additional 3 Rewards Points for every IDR1,500 of retail purchase made at Hotels, Airlines, Travel merchants, Restaurant and additional 1 Rewards Point for every IDR1,500 of retail purchase made abroad.
   2. Platinum – additional 1 Rewards Point for every IDR1,500 of retail purchases at Fashion Merchants & Restaurants, as well as retail purchases made abroad.
5. Effective June 16, 2025, there are changes for point 4 as follows: In addition to earning Basic Rewards Points, Credit Card holders will earn additional Rewards Points for retail purchases that made domestically and/or in foreign currencies based on the credit card product features ("Rewards Points Product Feature") as detailed below
   1. Premier: Additional 4× Rewards Points for every multiple of IDR1,500 with total monthly transactions of IDR15 million and minimum TRB (Total Relationship Balance) of IDR1 billion at the end of each month. Terms and conditions(PDF).
   2. Signature: Additional 3× Rewards Points for every multiple of IDR1,500 on retail purchases at merchants such as hotel, airlines, travel, restaurant, and an additional 1 Rewards Point for every multiple of IDR1,500 on overseas retail purchases in foreign currencies.
   3. Platinum: Additional 1× Rewards Points for every multiple of IDR1,500 on retail purchases at merchants in fashion, restaurant, and overseas transaction in foreign currencies.
6. Here's how your Rewards Points work before and after changes:
   1. Before changes: Earn additional Rewards Points for overseas transactions
   2. After changes: Earn additional Rewards Points for overseas transactions in foreign currencies
7. Product Feature Rewards Points shall be credited to Cardholder Rewards Points balance no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days after the transaction month ends.
8. Basic Rewards Points and Product Feature Rewards Points are not valid for 0% instalment transactions made without admin fees.
9. Maximum amount of total Basic Rewards Points and Product Feature Rewards Points credited to Credit Cardholders per month are subject to below limit for each product. If the total Rewards Points entitled to be earned exceeds the specified limit, then the difference will be deemed forfeited. The product limit is as follows:
   1. Premier – 350,000 Rewards Points
   2. Signature – 250,000 Rewards Points
   3. Platinum – 50,000 Rewards Points
10. Rewards Points redemption can only be made by main Credit Cardholder and cannot be represented.
11. Rewards Points may be collected and can be redeemed since the Credit Card is issued and Credit Card status is active, has no outstanding payment, is not over limit, and there is no misuse of Credit Card.
12. Rewards Points are non-transferable from one Credit Card account to another, and cannot be collected from various Credit Cards (such as Visa and Mastercard) either under the same Credit Cardholder or different Credit Cardholders.
13. Credit Cardholder cannot cancel Rewards Points redemption transaction that has already been processed.
14.  Cardholder may file complaint relating to Rewards Points that are reduced or lost only if the complaint is submitted within 3 (three) months from the time the related transaction occurs and Cardholder can provide sufficient supporting evidence. Shall there be any variance in Rewards Points calculation, HSBC will use the data contained in HSBC's system by attaching proof / supporting documents to the Credit Cardholder as a reference.
15. Credit Card Rewards Points will be deemed expired if Cardholder canceled / closed his Credit Card account or Upgrade / Downgrade to Platinum Cashback Credit Card.
16. Rewards Point collected in the last 1 (one) year from the Credit Card issuance month will expire on the last business day of the Credit Card issuance month on the second year. Illustration of Rewards Point validity can be seen at the end of these Terms and Conditions.
17. Information regarding the period and amount of Rewards Points that will expire are available on the Billing Statement every month. Rewards Points can only be redeemed for as long as it is valid. HSBC cannot refund points that have expired.
18. HSBC may modify, delete or add these terms and conditions and the amount of Rewards Points required for redemption. Any change will be notified to Cardholder via HSBC website www.hsbc.co.id within 7 (seven) working days prior to any change.
