Overview

HSBC SMS service provides you with the convenience of accessing information and redeeming your HSBC credit card reward points

If you want to get financial information such as HSBC credit card statements or HSBC credit card activation, you can access it at HSBC Indonesia Mobile Banking.



Reward Points

Follow these steps:

  • Type: POINT<space>Last 6 digits your credit card number
  • Send the SMS to 84722 (Telkomsel, Indosat, XL and Axis) or 08818884722 (other provider)*
  • HSBC will reply your SMS with below Reward Points information** HSBC Rewards Point information via SMS

* Normal SMS tariff applies
** SMS reply is free of charge
Notes: Starting Dec 1st 2023, for non-Indonesian mobile phone number, you will receive SMS from 62822 1000 4722 for alert notification




Redeem Points

Application for point redemption can be made via:

  • The online form on this page, or
  • SMS to 84722 by typing KEYWORD MERCHANT<space>VOUCHER AMOUNT<#>last of 6 digit HSBC credit card number.
