E-statement



Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for trusting PT Bank HSBC Indonesia (“HSBC”) with your product and banking needs. In relation to our initiative to participate in maintaining the preservation of our earth and for the survival of life in future generations, we would like to introduce Email Statement solution which you can register for free through the following channels:

  1. Contact Center at line: (+6221) 5291 4722 or 1 500 700 (Premier) or 1 500 808 (Non Premier).
  2. Nearest HSBC Branch (Click here to find nearest HSBC Indonesia branch).

We kindly advise you to register Email Statement service using personal email address that you can access at hand.

Benefit of using Email Statement:

  1. Reduce paper usage to preserve our earth.
  2. Statement will be received immediately.
  3. Statement will be stored electronically in your email.
  4. Statement can be opened anytime and anywhere.

We would like to inform the printed HSBC Statement1 either the monthly statement or reprint will be charged which shown in below table starting from 1 September 2019.

Important Notes:

  1. Composite statement which sent once a month will be calculated as 1 print. But if you have Account Statement which is printed for each account then the charged amount will be applied based on the number of printed statement.

    Example of Reprint Cost2:
    a. Current date : 10 Juni 2019.
    b. Premier customer request for May 2019 composite statement reprint. Cost : Rp 0.
    c. Advance customer request for March 2019 (3 months ago) composite statement reprint. Cost : Rp50.000.
    d. Personal Baning customer request for March 2019 (3 months ago) and December 2019 (6 omnths ago) composite statement reprint. Cost : Rp150.000.

Customer Statement Type Sole Account Mailing Address (*) Condition
Customer 1 Paper Statement JL. ABC Paper statement will still be sent JL ABC (no change).
Customer 2 Email Statement JL. DEF Customer has registered for Email Statement, Joint Account Statement will be sent to the customer 2 Email and the paper statement will still be sent to JL ABC.
Customer 3 Paper Statement JL. GHI Paper statement will still be sent JL ABC (no change).

(*) Customer Sole Account Mailing Address (Not Joint Account)
(**) Customer Joint Account Mailing Address (Might be different with Sole Account Mailing Address)
