About HSBC Summit 2022
The impacts of climate change know no boundaries between countries, communities, small companies, or large companies. Mitigation of climate change to keep global temperature rise below 2 degrees Celsius is a global commitment contained in the Paris Agreement.
In the future, climate change mitigation policies such as carbon pricing and carbon tax will have a lot of impact on companies/private sectors, considering that the target for fulfilling the commitment to reduce greenhouse gas emissions according to the NDC is less than 10 years away.
Join us in this year’s HSBC Summit to discuss over various policies, plans, and strategies of the Government of Indonesia and the private sector in the transition to low carbon economy, the challenges in mitigating climate change, and how we can find common solutions to transition to low carbon economy, particularly in financing/investment.
The forum will feature national and international speakers, including representatives of the government of the Republic of Indonesia, and industry players from key industries.
