Important - Only Use Debit Card that Align with Your Banking Account Type

Dear Customers,

As there are changes occurred to your account type (segment) in PT Bank HSBC Indonesia (“HSBC”), you may receive more than 1 Debit Card. For your security, we will deactivate your Debit Card that is not aligned with your banking account type on 10 April 2020. (Example: If you are HSBC Premier customer, then all of your Debit Card(s) that is not HSBC Premier Debit Card will be deactivated).

You may also deactivate your card immediately before the above mentioned date by contacting HSBC Call Center. Please do cut your old card particularly on Magnetic Stripe and Chip parts to prevent misusage of your card.

For banking transaction, you can use Debit Card that is aligned with your banking account type that you currently possess. If you have not activate your Debit Card, please do activate card through ATM machine or Interactive Voice Response (IVR). Debit Card information related to fees and charges for every banking account type can be accessed on here.
