You can change both your passwords using the available functions ('Change Internet Banking Password' and 'Change Secondary Password').

If you still remember the answers to your Security Questions, then you can do online reset password by clicking on the 'Reset your Passwords?' or 'Reset your Secondary Password?' links on the page where you are asked to enter your passwords.

- Click on the 'Forgot your Security Answer?' link on the page where you are asked to enter your passwords
Follow the instructions on the screen and write down the confirmation number shown on the final screen - Call the Call Centre +62 21 2552 6603 to re-activate your HSBC Internet Banking account. The Call Centre will require you to mention the confirmation number you get from the previous step
► I have lost my Security Device. What do I do now?
Please call the Call Centre +62 21 2552 6603 to order a replacement. Your Security Device will be sent to your correspondence address by courier.
