Getting Started
  • HSBC Credit Cardholders
    If you are an HSBC credit card holder, you are automatically eligible to use HSBC Phone Banking Services. You will receive your PIN as soon as your credit card application has been approved.
  • HSBC Advance and HSBC Amanah Syariah customers
    Please visit our nearest HSBC branch, and our Customer Service Representative would be glad to assist you to complete the registration process.
  • HSBC Personal Loan customers
    As HSBC Personal Loan customer, you are automatically eligible to use HSBC Phone Banking Services.
Safe
HSBC Phone Banking service includes a Personal Identification Number (PIN) known only by you. Our officers will provide additional verification process to provide further security protection to your accounts.
