As an HSBC Premier customer, you may receive complimentary membership of Priority Pass which entitles you free visit to the airport VIP lounges. You may request Priority Pass membership card upon having an active HSBC Premier MasterCard credit card and meeting a certain account TRB (Total Relationship Balance).

For each HSBC Premier account, only one customer may request Priority Pass. If you have a joint account only one person who registers first will have access to the complimentary visit.

Your Priority Pass membership will cease immediately if, you cease to hold a valid HSBC Premier account and HSBC Premier MasterCard credit card and if, for whatever reason, your HSBC Premier account has no longer fulfilled the TRB requirement.

For each guest you bring on each visit, a fee of USD 27 (or IDR equivalent) will be charged to your Premier MasterCard credit card account. You may also be charged with all or part of your and your guest/s visit if, your HSBC Premier account's TRB has fallen below the TRB requirement.
