Should your HSBC credit card be lost or stolen, it is important that you report the loss or theft to us immediately and also confirm the same to us in writing at the address provided below. You should also immediately file a police report for the lost/stolen card.

You will be liable for all charges incurred on your card before written notice of the loss or theft has been received by us.

 

Card Replacement

If stolen or lost, your HSBC credit card will normally be replaced within 72 hours worldwide. If an emergency occurs overseas, a replacement card can be obtained from VISA/MasterCard Emergency Services.

A nominal fee will be charged to replace your HSBC credit card. For details refer to the latest Tariff Card.
