Terms and Conditions Bestpay Pocket Program

1.

Bestpay Pocket is a program, which allows HSBC cardholders to purchase product through Bestpay pocket catalogue and transaction can transferred to a fixed installment payment system. Under the scheme, the invoice statement will be charged, together with interest and other charges, to the HSBC cardholder's credit card, to be paid by the HSBC credit cardholder in fixed installments over a fixed period.

To purchase product through Bestpay Pocket cardholder need to contact HSBC call center at (021) 524 8009. Any Bestpay Pocket transaction that have been approved can not be cancelled or changed whileast approval of the transaction depends on the then available credit limit of cardholder's credit card. This promotion is not valid for HSBC corporate credit cardholders and HSBC credit cards issued outside Indonesia.

3.

The installment of BestPay Pocket to be paid by the HSBC credit cardholder will be recorded on the credit cardholder's monthly credit card billing statement. The following table illustrates the monthly amount payable by the HSBC credit cardholder:

Cardholders' credit card limit will be deducted with the transaction amount which has already been processed into Bestpay Pocket (including the interest, if any). Credit card limit will increase in the amount of monthly installment payment.

5.

Product which is purchased through Bestpay Pocket will be delivered no later than 14 (fourteen) Business days since order is made. If by any chance product has not been received by credit cardholders after 14 (fourteen) days (for the reason that cardholders is uncontactable or delivery address given is wrong) then transaction will be cancelled.

6.

Order will be cancelled if credit card is in delinquent status.

7.

Purchase transaction will be eligible for reward points, monthly installment will not be.

8.

Delivery address provided upon making an order can not be changed. For delivery purposes; name, address, and contact number of HSBC credit cardholders will be disclosed to vendor of the product and courier. Before making any delivery, courier will contact HSBC credit cardholder to confirm the time of delivery.

9.

If product will be received by someone other than HSBC credit cardholders, the receiver will need to enclose power of attorney to receive the product, original identification and copy of identification card of HSBC credit cardholders who made the order from Bestpay pocket.

10.

Upon receiving the product, HSBC credit cardholders or the receiver will need to check the condition and the completeness of the product. If the specifications of the product is not the same with the order, product can be returned to courier by filing in the provided form. If product received is broken, then HSBC credit cardholders may contact HSBC call center at (021) 524 8009 within 1 x 24 hours after the product is received. Any complaints received after such period will not be entertained.

11.

Minimum amount of payment in a billing statement has already included monthly installment amount of Bestpay Pocket transaction.

12.

Posting date of purchase transaction amount and/or installment amount in HSBC system will be the same with billing statement printing date.

13.

Any HSBC credit cardholder who wishes to make early repayment in full before the end of Bestpay Pocket installment tenor will be charged an administrative fee of Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah) in addition to the remaining outstanding amount.

14.

If the HSBC cardholder fails to make any payment for two consecutive months, HSBC will invoice total outstanding balance of BestPay Pocket and other charges as the total minimum payment.

15.

If after transaction conversion into BestPay Pocket the credit limit becomes exceeded, HSBC will charge an over-limit fee amounting Rp. 50,000.- for Classic card and Rp. 75,000.- for Gold card.

16.

These terms and conditions are prepared in Indonesian language and English. In the event of inconsistency between the Indonesian language and the English version, the Indonesian language version shall prevail.

   

HSBC will communicate any changes to these Terms and Conditions to credit cardholders no later than 7 (seven) working days before the changes takes place
