The program is eligible for new customer who applies for primary and or supplementary AirAsia HSBC Classic/Gold Visa credit card (“New Applicant”) during 10 October 2009 – 31 December 2009 throughout Indonesia through the application channels below:

Direct Sales Staff (at airport, malls, AirAsia sales offices, office buildings and other places)
This ”Apply and Fly with AirAsia HSBC Card” program is not applicable for New Applicant who has primary and or supplementary HSBC Classic/Gold/Platinum/Premier Visa/MasterCard credit card, and or has primary and or supplementary AirAsia HSBC Classic/Gold Visa credit card.

In this program, New Applicant will get chance to win monthly prizes (October 2009, November 2009 and December 2009) and grand prize in form of AirAsia flight tickets as follow:

These tickets are not valid for weekend (Friday & Saturday), Long Weekend, High Season, a night prior to of public holiday and public holiday.The list of invalid date of the ticket shall be stated in the voucher.
Monthly and grand prizes are only valid for flights within the scheduled period as follow:

Monthly Prize of October 2009 : Flight period is January – March 2010
•
Monthly Prize of November 2009 : Flight period is January – March 2010
•
Monthly Prize of December 2009 : Flight period is February – April 2010
•
Grand Prize : Flight period is May – July 2010

New Applicant who applies for AirAsia HSBC Classic Visa credit card will get one lucky draw number. New Applicant who applies for AirAsia HSBC Gold Visa will get two lucky draw numbers. A New Applicant can only apply for AirAsia HSBC Classic and Gold Visa in one time.

HSBC will only include New Applicant whose AirAsia HSBC credit card application has been approved in the drawing process. Drawing number will be automatically generated once the AirAsia HSBC credit card application is approved and HSBC will keep the drawing number in HSBC system.

New Applicant is obliged to inform his/her email address to HSBC when completing the AirAsia HSBC credit card application form since the drawing number will be informed to New Applicant through email. New Applicant is also obliged to inform HSBC on any change of the New Applicant’s email address.

For monthly winner drawing, only drawing number of New Applicant whose AirAsia HSBC credit card application is approved in the relevant month which will be included in the drawing process. New Applicant whose AirAsia HSBC credit card application is approved in the following month will be included in the next drawing process. Specifically for application which is submitted at the end of December 2009 (up to 31 December 2009), HSBC will include it in the winner drawing process with condition that such application is approved at the latest on 18 January 2010.
Example:
Mr. Tono submits a credit card application on 20 October 2009 and his application is approved on 9 November 2009. So, Mr. Tono will be included in November monthly prize drawing process.

Specifically for grand prize, all of the exisiting drawing number will be included in the drawing process, including drawing numbers of New Applicants who have become winners of Monthly Prizes.
9.
HSBC will give AirAsia Electronic Gift Voucher at IDR 200,000 each for the first 200 approved AirAsia HSBC credit card applications which are submitted through the internet (www.airasia.com and www.hsbc.co.id).
10.
The rank of the applicant will be based on the credit card application approval date. In condition that there are more than 1 person who are eligible for the 200th rank due to the same credit card application approval date, HSBC shall determine it based on the hour, minute and second when the application is approved.
11.
HSBC will determine the list of the first 200 approved AirAsia credit card internet applications in the 4th week of January 2010.

The method used by HSBC to draw the winners of the monthly prize, grand prize and to determine the list of the first 200 approved credit card internet application is fixed and binding.
13.
The drawing process of monthly and grand prize will be executed before the notary. The schedule is as follow:

Complete name and 12 digits of AirAsia HSBC credit card number of monthly and grand prize winners will be announced through www.hsbc.co.id and www.airasia.com in maximum two weeks after the drawing process. If chosen as winners, AirAsia HSBC credit card applicants give the attorney to HSBCto put their complete names and 12 digits of their AirAsia HSBC Credit Card number.

HSBC will also send a notification to monthly and grand prizes winners through email as HSBC will notify the drawing number information. Specifically for the first 200 internet applicants who get AirAsia Electronic Gift Voucher, HSBC will only send a notification through email. AirAsia Electronic Gift Voucher will be sent to each winner’s email. Winners can access www.airasia.com to find out how to use the AirAsia Electronic Gift Voucher.
16.
Both New Applicant and winner give the right to HSBC to be contacted by HSBC and are obliged to give all informations and or any document which are needed regarding to this program.

Tickets, including departure and destination cities, are absolutely determined by HSBC and binding. The list of departure cities based on the application submission locations are as follow:

For credit card application which is submitted through www.airasia.com, www.hsbc.co.id, Tele Sales Staff, and other credit card application channels which are not located in the locations mentioned above, HSBC will set Jakarta as the departure city.

The winners of monthly prize, grand prize and first 200 internet applicants are absolutely the result of drawing and calculation process done by HSBC. Prizes can not be changed with cash or any other prize or transferred to other person. The prize tax will be borned by HSBC.
19.
Monthly and grand prizes are ticket vouchers and HSBC will deliver the prizes through the 3rd party (courier) to winners’ addresses which are registered to HSBC when submitting AirAsia HSBC credit card application. The schedule is as follow:

It is not HSBC responsibility if the prize is not delivered properly to the winner’s address and or is received by other person due to incorrect address information given by winner to HSBC or due to address change which is not informed to HSBC or due to any reason which is caused by winner’s mistake.

Any prize which is not delivered to the winner’s address due to the 3rd party (courier) mistake will become the responsibility of the courier.
22.
HSBC is not responsible to any accident, loss or damage happen to credit cardholder due to the usage of the prize in this program.
23.
All prizes are acquired by HSBC from the official and legitimate vendor. Hence, all inquiries regarding the prize must be addressed to the vendor.
24.
Other terms and conditions regarding to the AirAsia HSBC Classic/Gold Visa credit card application which are not stipulated in this terms and conditions are applied and binding.

The program is not eligible for AirAsia HSBC Classic/Gold Visa credit card application which is issued specifically for staff.
Should there be any changes in the program and/or in the specific terms and conditions, HSBC will inform credit cardholders in 7 (seven) business days before the changes are applied.
