Transfer transaction using ATM HSBC or using ATM Bersama network or HSBC Internet Banking or HSBC Phone Banking which is eligible for points is that which minimum amount of transfer is IDR 100,000 or in other currencies with the same value of IDR 100,000.

Transfer transaction using ATM HSBC or ATM Bersama or HSBC Internet Banking or HSBC Phone Banking which is eligible for points will be only limited to 5 (five) transfer transactions per account per channel per day.

Transfer transaction via secure mail or any external emails are not eligible for points in this program.

At the end of the program, there will be 10 winners after lucky draw process and each of the winner will get 1(one) BlackBerry Gemini.

HSBC has the right to cancel a customer participation if HSBC, based on its own discretion, finds an indication of fraud in this program.

The winner will be announced via HSBC Website (hsbc.co.id) on April 20, 2010 at the latest.

Prize winners may not choose the colors of their prizes; this shall be determined based on availability.

This program is valid for HSBC banking customers, including PowerVantage, Premier and Amanah who open the account in HSBC Indonesia and this program is NOT valid for HSBC Staff and families.

HSBC has right to replace the prize with other prize in equal prize if stock is no more available.

These terms and conditions are made in Indonesia and English, and if there is inconsistency between both version, the Indonesian version shall version.
