NOTIFICATION

Effective from April 20, 2009, telegraphic transfer, cheque /giro book order and foreign currency cash withdrawal fee for HSBC Customers shall be revised as follow:

Account Type	Type of Services	Current Fee	New fee effective from 20 April 2009
Premier	USD Telegraphic Transfer where remitter chooses to bear all charges including correspondence charges:
	• Involving currency exchange	IDR 50,000 (beneficiary bears correspondence charges)	IDR 50,000, plus USD 25 for correspondence charges
	• No currency exchange	0.0625% (minimum USD 10, maximum USD 100), (beneficiary bears correspondence charges)	0.0625% (minimum USD 10, maximum USD 100), plus USD 25 for correspondence charges
	Cheque / giro book order	IDR 100,000	IDR 125,000
	Foreign currency withdrawal through HSBC ATM if Total Relationship Balance in previous month was lower than IDR 500 million	1%	Fee for withdrawal up to USD1,000* = 0.75% (minimum USD10) Fee for withdrawal more than USD1,000*= 1.5%
HSBC Advance	USD Telegraphic Transfer where remitter chooses to bear all charges including correspondence charges:
	• Involving currency exchange	IDR 75,000 (beneficiary bears correspondence charges)	IDR 75,000, plus USD 25 for correspondence charges
	• No currency exchange	0.125% (minimum USD 15, maximum USD 100), (beneficiary bears correspondence charges)	0.125% (minimum USD 15, maximum USD 100), plus USD 25 for correspondence charges
	Cheque / giro book order	IDR 100,000	IDR 125,000
	Foreign currency withdrawal through HSBC ATM if Total Relationship Balance in previous month was lower than IDR 20 million	1%	Fees for withdrawal up toUSD1,000* = 0.75% (minimum USD10) Fee for withdrawal more than USD1,000* = 1.5%
* or the USD equivalent in other foreign currency other than USD
