Premier Member Get Member program ("Program") is valid from 1 October 2009 to 31 March 2010 ("Program Period"). |

This Program is valid only for HSBC Premier customers (“Customers”) of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Indonesia ("HSBC") who refer any other person to become new customers of HSBC Premier ("Premier"). |

3. |
Any new customers of Premier so referred shall be non-existing HSBC customer (including but not limited to banking, credit card, Personal Loan HSBC and corporate customers). In case of company workplace is an HSBC customer and the name of new customer so referred is listed in HSBC in regards to the company account, the new customer so referred is not eligible to join this program. |

Referring customer must open HSBC Premier account at least 1 (one) day prior to the referred new customer opening HSBC Premier account. |

5. |
New customer so referred must open HSBC Premier account and fund the account with the minimum amount of five hundred million Rupiah (Rp 500,000,000) within 30 days since account opening date. |

6. |
This Program is not valid if the new customer so referred opens a joint account with the referring customer or with other existing HSBC customer. |

7. |
Referring customer who is eligible hereunder will receive cash back in the amount of five hundred thousand Rupiah (Rp 500,000) for every 1 (one) referred new customer who open Premier account according to the prevailing terms and conditions (multiplication apply). |

8. |
When HSBC credit the cash back to Customer’s Premier account, the referring and all referred customers shall still be HSBC Premier customers (have not closed the account), failing which, HSBC shall be entitled to cancel the calculation of the total amount of cash back. HSBC shall be entitled to adjust the amount of cash back to the last calculation of the total referred new customers based on the criteria. |

HSBC’s calculation on the number of referred new customers shall be binding and final. |

10. |
Any claim regarding difference of the number of referred customers and any claim on gift that which is not informed/notified by 31 May 2010 will not be entertained. HSBC will be released from any responsibility arising therefrom. |

11. |
Any gift so received is not exchangeable with any other type of gift. |
||
12. |
This promotion may not be combined with any other currently available promotions of HSBC. |
||
13. |
This promotion shall not apply to HSBC employees and their families. |
||
14. |
These terms and conditions are made in Indonesian language and English. In the event of discrepancy between the Indonesian language version and the English version, the Indonesian language version shall prevail. |
