This promotion is valid for any new banking customer (“Customer”) of the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Indonesia (“HSBC”) who opens an HSBC Premier account between 1 October 2009 and 31 March 2010.

This promotion is only valid for new fresh fund in Rupiah or other currencies to the Customer’ Premier account. Fund which is already in Customer’s other account in HSBC will not be calculated in this program.

Funding period is at least 30 days since account opening date.

The cash back mentioned in point 4 above will be credited to customer’ HSBC Premier account no later than 3 (three) months after new fund is received by HSBC, provided that the account is still active when cash back is credited.

For the purpose of calculating the fund for the eligibility of the gift in this Program, HSBC will use HSBC’s exchange rate prevailing at the date of fund placement.

Customer is eligible for cash back 1 (one) time only, even though fund placement is done for more than 1 (one) time.

Gift cannot be transferred and/or exchanged with another type of gift, and fund calculated for gift eligibility cannot be combined with fund in other accounts (including Customers’ joint accounts).

Any claim regarding difference of the amount that should have been received by the Customer which is not informed/notified to HSBC by 31 May 2010, will not be entertained. HSBC will be released from any responsibility arising therefrom.

This promotion may not be combined with any other promotion currently available promotions of HSBC.

This promotion shall not apply to HSBC employees and their families.

These terms and conditions are made in Indonesian language and English. In the event of discrepancy between the Indonesian language version and the English version, the Indonesian language version shall prevail.
