Should you encounter rejection when doing transaction using your HSBC card, please ensure that your transaction has been correctly processed, i.e. by having your card inserted into the allocated slot in the EDC machine and not swiped.

This arrarngement is implemented in compliance to the regulation from Bank Indonesia and also in order to enhance our customer security protection.
