It has been our commitment to keep our employee feels motivated and encouraged. In regards to that matter, we know one of the solutions is to provide an ideal working environment which has good, both physically and non-physically supporting tools. It’s this understanding which makes us think that an improvement on bank’s facilities which support this commitment is a must.

For non-physically supporting tools, we aim to achieve this goal through creating a diversity in our workplace. We aim to employ a workforce which reflects diverse communing and we are committed to provide equal opportunities for everyone.

While we're still striving to engage our employee with several diversity programs, we acknowledge that we also need to make sure our working environment is attractive for all employees. In regards to this matter, we create series of fun events called Employee Engagement Program, dedicated to all of our employees including for those whose workstation is located outside Jakarta.

Facilities improvement in order to create a better physical working environment has also become our concern. It comprises of the refurbishment/refreshing of catering facilities, staff breakout areas & these schemes also include soft seating, massage chair, internet cafes, plasma screens, Playstation™ game console & football tables. It is intended that these areas will provide a welcome break from work for employees.
