Resident Manager Trainee
Resident Manager Trainee is a 24 month managerial, on-the-job training programme, which exposes trainees to the extensiveness of the Indonesian banking business. The goal of this programme is to prepare them to become a professional banker and HSBC’s future leaders.
This programme prepares the trainee by developing their personal skills, technical expertise and leadership capabilities. They will get a chance to network with industry professionals, be mentored by experienced managers and complete an overseas training program.
This practical on-the-job experience will develop within the trainee a more-than-foundational sense of management responsibility and leadership. It is an opportunity to generate and implement new ideas and innovations in an increasingly competitive market.
In the programme you will take on responsibilities within one of HSBC's business streams; the RMT program will ensure that you will have sufficient understanding and experience to excel in the banking industry after your graduation from the programme. The programme focuses heavily on your professionals and personal skills development. You will continually be required to work outside of your comfort zone, to learn everything you need to know to become a successful leader in our business.

Specifically, RMT programme covers:

Onboarding period. We will provide you with Induction Programme and serial training to equip you with a detailed overview of the Bank, and chance to build networks with other RMTs and business managers. |

3-weeks in the Regional Graduate Development Programme (RGDP) in Hongkong and 4-weeks in the Group Graduate Development Programme (GGDP) in UK if you continue to achieve your performance goals. |

Rotation programme to develop banking knowledge within business streams. |
| • |
Ongoing learning and development activities, specifically designed for the RMTs. |
| • |
Constructive career advice and regular in-depth mentoring activities from Bank’s executives and Graduate Development team. |

A minimum of Bachelor Degree in any subject from a reputable university with an outstanding achievement and Grade Point Average of 3.25 for Bachelor Degree and 3.50 for Master Degree or equivalent. |
