Handles the daily task in the management process of the bank, from process improvement to procedural and system solution. Compliance is the function which main task is to ensure that internal controls and compliance procedures covering all the Group's activities throughout Indonesia are supportive for growth, customer oriented and in line with Group/Local regulatory, business and legal standards, thereby protecting the Group's reputation as well as minimising the risk of loss and fraud in an efficient working environment. Legal is is the function which provides advise to the Group on all legal, regulatory,reputational & associated matters to ensure that HSBC's interest is protected and to assist Group to making decisions on matters with legal and resgulatory ambiguities in order to avoid risk, to attend before government departments and regulators on behalf of HSBC and to execute the Group legal policies in Indonesia. Finance (FIN) is the function which main tasks are planning, directing and controling activities covering financial and management reporting, treasury finance and operations, taxation and compliance with Group and regulatory requirements. Human Resources (HR) is the function that focuses on the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to ensure sustainable business performance, complies with the employment legislative framework and reinforces the Group’s values and people imperative. Group Public Affair & Corporate Sustainability is representing company and providing consultative information to develop and leverage a company's image building and corporate brand awareness. Risk is the function which optimises the Bank's profitability through growth of a balanced asset portfolio and ensures lending guidelines remain market relevant without compromising credit quality, as well as ensures that risk performance is in accordance with the Group Risk Strategy. HSBC Technology & Services (HTS) is the function that manage technology and other services to run the Bank's operations. |

OFFICER FINANCE MI REPORTING
Responsibility :
| Responsible to perform all data adjustments to HSBC’s MI system to be able to generate various management monthly reports. Assist in monthly exception clearance, whilst understanding and defining every new transaction item. Support and resolve queries made by bankwide’s Customer Groups, Functions and Regional Office. |
Requirements :
| Hold a minimum of Bachelor degree | |
| Has minimum of 2 years experience in Finance for Banking industry or Financial Auditor. | |
| Possess strong analytical skills with numbers and able to interpret them to MI. | |
| Has good understanding of accounting concept and process. | |
| Has knowledge on basic banking products. | |
| Has good communication skill. | |

OFFICER TREASURY FINANCE
Responsibility :
| To ensure: |
| Responsible for daily P&L of Treasury business with robust control and inter-system reconciliation. Maintain product information to Treasury systems on bookings and valuations, calculate sales and credits, reconcile the information on HSBC systems and Treats, Suspense Account and Nostro. Monitor daily market risks issued by Treasury Department against stipulated limits, FX Retail, Interest Risk and post Journals to HSBC systems. Adherence to local regulatory, statutory and internal requirements. |
Requirements :
| Hold a minimum of Bachelor degree | |
| Has minimum 3 years experience in Treasury Finance or a related area | |
| Has qualification in Finance or Accounting | |
| Has ability to maintain working working under pressure, tight deadline, and high level of intense concentration for a prolonged period. | |
| Has knowledge on financial valuation. | |
| Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office advance in Excel and Access). | |
