MANAGER RISK ANALYST UNIT
Responsibility :
Responsible to provide sound credit risk analysis of Corporate and Investment Banking clients within the agreed time frame and to reduce potential loss to the Bank. |
Requirements :
| Hold a minimum of Bachelor degree. | |
| Has minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Financial or Banking Institution. | |
| Possess strong credit risk skills and knowledge of Corporate Banking, Investment and/or Trade product. | |
| Has ability to interpret information from financial accounts | |
| Has standard knowledge of credit application process in Corporate Banking area. | |
| Possess good knowledge on Economics indicators and awareness on Industry sectors. | |
| Has ability to maintain working under pressure, tight deadline, and high level of intense concentration for a prolonged period. | |
| Has good Interpersonal Skill for harmonious working relationship with customers and colleagues | |
| Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) | |

RELATIONSHIP MANAGER BUSINESS BANKING
Responsibilities:
| Responsible to maintain and grow portfolio profitability of Business Banking in particular on borrowings relationship within Small Medium Enterprise (SME) with main objective to increase revenue and maximize shareholders in line with HSBC Group’s strategy. A Relationship Manager must understand the suitability of new product or solution offerings, deliver a profitable and effective long term customer relationship, prepare and review credit proposals, provide high level customer contacts and engagement, and contribute in formulation and implementation of SME strategic proposition. |

| Has minimum of 3 years experience as Sales or Account Officer for Small Medium Enterprise (SME). | |
| Possess strong network with outstanding sales records | |
| Understand general commercial banking products, policy and processes | |
| Has commercial and sales orientation with mind set to deliver excellent customer experience | |
| Has pleasant personality and able to manage a good relationship | |
| Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) | |
| Has good presentation skills | |

SUPERVISOR CORPORATE CALL CENTER
Responsibilities:
| Responsible in the day-to-day telephone service for corporate clients, calling into the Corporate Call Center (CCC). Perform high level service standard and continuously improve service delivery set by the standards and guidelines. Besides delivering excellent service, the team member of CCC must do cross sell activities for various HSBC products and services. |
Requirements :
| Hold a minimum of Bachelor degree. | |
| Has a 1-3 years experience in Call Center, preferably in banking industry | |
| Customer centric mindset to deliver customer experience. | |
| Understand general commercial banking products, policy and processes. | |
| Basic knowledge of Treasury, Trade, and Cash Management products. | |
| Has sales ability and skills. | |
| Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) | |
