This Member Get Member program is valid from 7 April 2010 until 31 December 2010 (“Program Period”).

This Member Get Member program is valid only customer (“Customer”) of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Indonesia (“HSBC”), who refers their colleague or relative to become a new HSBC Premier or HSBC Advance Customer.

The referred customer to open HSBC Premier account should deposits a minimum of Rp 500,000,000 within 30 days from the account open date and maintains such minimum account balance for no less than 30 days from the date of the deposit of the funds.

The referred customer to open HSBC Advance account should deposits a minimum of Rp 5,000,000 within 30 days calculated from account open date and maintains such minimum account balance for no less than 30 days from the date of the deposit of the funds.

This Member Get Member program is not valid if the Referred Customer opens a joint account with the Referring Customer.

Any Customer who make a referral in accordance with the prevailing terms and conditions will receive a gift in the form of gift cash at the value of five hundred thousand Rupiah (Rp 500,000) and ten (10) lucky draw points for every referred customer who opens an HSBC Premier account and /or one hundred thousand Rupiah (Rp 100,000) and one (1) lucky draw point for every referred customer who opens an HSBC Advance account according to the terms and conditions.

Gift-Cash will be credited to the HSBC account of the Referring Customer no later than 90 days after the Referred customer deposits funds in his or her account according to the terms and conditions set out in Point 4 and Point 5 hereinabove.

Lucky draw points will be drawn at the end of the Program Period, to win below prizes:

The above holiday packages awarded by HSBC are limited to economic-class return airfare and 2 (two) nights four-star accommodation for 2 (two) persons. All applicable tax will be the responsibility of HSBC.

Both the Referring Customer and the Referred Customer must still be HSBC customers at the time of any prize being given to the Customer. If this is not the case, HSBC reserves the right to cancel the award, and to adjust the total amount in line with the new Customer’s previous total amount in line with the prevailing terms and conditions.

HSBC’s calculation of the amount of successfully referred customer shall be final.
12.
Any discrepancy in the number of customers referred shall be reported no later than 28th February 2011. Claims received after this date will not be considered by HSBC.
13.
No prize awarded in respect of this promotion may be exchanged for cash.
14.
HSBC makes no guarantee of availability of any prize described in this promotion. In the event that a prize is no longer available, HSBC will inform the Referring Customer, and reserves the right to award an alternative prize that is considered by HSBC to be similar in value.
15.
This promotion is not valid for employees (including agency’s employees stationed at HSBC).
16.
These Terms and Conditions is made in Indonesian language and English, In the event of discrepancy between the Indonesian language version and the English version, the Indonesian language version shall prevail.
