Terms and conditions

1.
This promotion program is valid until December 31, 2011, on which HSBC should have received the completed referral form and the required supporting documents.
2.
This promotion program is valid for both individual and corporate that has successfully referred a corporate (that has never opened an HSBC corporate account before) to open a corporate account at HSBC (“Referee”) according to the Terms and Conditions below.
3.
Referee has the right to get 1 point for every corporate account opened, with conditions that the new corporate account is opened at the latest by December 31, 2011 and is funded with the required minimum balance before and March 31, 2012 or within the period determined by HSBC
4.
Points that have been gathered can be exchanged with gifts below:

 
- 2 points : 1 unit Nokia 5130 Xpress Music or MAP Voucher IDR 800,000
- 3 points : 1 unit Printer HP Office Jet J3608 All in One or Nokia C3
- 5 points : 1 Unit Apple Ipod touch 8 Giga or Samsung Galaxy S5660
- 8 points : 1 Unit LCD TV LG 32 LD450 32 Inch
- 10 points : 1 Unit HP Pavilion G4-1002 TU

Points gathered may be redeemed with the combination of gifts. Points must be redeemed before March 31, 2012, any point which has not yet redeemed before such date will be expired.

HSBC reserves the right to replace the gifts provided with different type of gifts that has equivalent value.
7.
Gifts will be mailed by HSBC to the address stated on the referral form at the latest 60 days since HSBC intermediary team received the redeem form.
8.
This promotion program cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other offers provided by HSBC.
9.
If the gifts delivered did not arrive at the address stated on the referral form, HSBC will contact the Referee to re-check the address before resending the gifts. Gifts that have not been delivered or late to be received because of wrong address and/or wrong telephone number are not HSBC’s responsibility. Gift that has not been received even though it has been delivered to the stated address is also not HSBC’s responsibility.
10.
HSBC will not be responsible for the condition (including whether or not the gift can operate properly) of the gifts received, especially on the damage or losses that occur during the delivery period. If there are complaints pertaining the gifts received, HSBC will help communicating the complaints to the related parties, with condition that the complaints must be received by HSBC within 2 weeks after the gifts are received.
11.
HSBC decision in relation to this promotion program (including decision to award point) is final and binding.
12.
If there is any forgery or misuse in any ways or there is a violation to the terms and conditions of this promotion program, HSBC has the right to disqualify and cancel the Referee’s right to receive the gift, and to take any necessary legal action to the Referee.
13.
HSBC reserves the right to change and/or add terms and conditions at their discretion, including postponing or terminate the promotion program before the determined expiry date with written announcement that will be placed in HSBC office and branches or with any other means deemed appropriate by HSBC.
14.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
