The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Indonesia ("HSBC") offers its redemption of Reward Points in E-Rewads Program with CLARKS ("Program").

This Program shall be valid until 26 January 2012 - 31 December 2012 ("Period") and exclusively valid for the holders of the main Classic/Gold/Platinum/Premier either Visa or MasterCard Credit Card issued by HSBC ("HSBC Credit Card") ("Cardholder"), provided that, (i) the Cardholder has no outstanding payment, (ii) is not in an over limit condition, (iii) has no record of misuse of the HSBC Credit Card, (iv) has sufficient Reward Point, and (v) has a good record as a cardholder (as will be determined by HSBC in its sole discretion).

The holders of the corporate credit card, Air Asia HSBC Classic/Gold Visa credit card, Advance credit card and HSBC Debit card are excluded from this Program.

The Premier and Platinum Cardholder is also entitled to get discount 20% while other Cardholder is entitled to get discount 10% for all items. This discount promo could be obtained by the Cardholder without redeeming Rewards Point.
5.
Cardholders can redeem Reward Points from 2 (two) or more HSBC Credit Card, under the same name. The maximum redemption value is worth 20% (twenty percent) of total transactions

Rewards redemption transactions can not be exchanged for cash.

If the total purchase transaction is higher than the reward redemption amount, the remaining balance of such transactions shall be paid by cash or using HSBC Credit Card.

Reward points redemption for direct purchase deduction may only be done by the Cardholder by dipping the HSBC Credit Card into HSBC EDC machine. Total reward points redeemed (deducted) will be printed on the rewards point redemption slip and presented in Rupiah currency.
9.
The Cardholder has to sign the reward points redemption slip issued by the HSBC EDC machine.
10.
The Cardholder can not cancel the Reward points redemption which has already been processed.
11.
HSBC EDC machine can only be used for reward points redemption and can not be used for purchase transactions
12.
If there is a damage on credit card chip and interference systems / network, then Cardholder can contact HSBC Call center directly at 64722 (from cell phone), (021) 5291 4722 (Jabodetabek area) and 0804 186 4722 (for Out Region).
