1.

This promotion is valid only for new customers of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Indonesia (“HSBC”) who open an HSBC Advance account (“Account”) between 1 February 2010 and 30 June 2010 (“Customer”).

This promotion is valid for an initial deposit in Indonesian Rupiah in the minimum amount of IDR 5,000,000 (five million Rupiah) by the Customer who open the Account.

Customer’s initial deposit must be made at the time of opening the Account.

At the opening  of the Account, the Customer shall activate the internet banking, ATM and phone banking services as one of the requirements to receive the free gifts as mentioned below.

Subject to the fulfillment of all terms and conditions above, the Customer will be entitled to receive a gift voucher in the amount of IDR 100,000.

The gift voucher may be claimed at the HSBC branch where the Customer opened his or her Account, after the fulfillment of points 2, 3 and 4 above. HSBC will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the gift voucher once it has been received by the Customer.

HSBC also provides an additional gift in the form of cash in the amount of IDR 300,000.- (three hundred thousand Rupiah) to any Customer who deposits an initial deposit in the minimum amount of IDR 20,000,000.- (twenty million Rupiah) and using the HSBC Advance debit card at least three (3) times within a period of 30 days following the date of opening the Account.

The Customer shall maintain a minimum account balance of Rp 20,000,000.- (twenty million Rupiah) for a period of 30 days following the placement of such initial deposit.

The gift described in point 7 herein abouve will be credited directly to the Customer's Account within three (3) months after the date of Account opening.

10.

The gift voucher and the cash back as mentioned in point 5 and 7 above shall be valid only one (1) time for each Customer.

11.

All gifts which have been received under this promotional offer are non-transferable and the total funds shall be solely from the Account and shall not from the joint account with the Customer’s other account at HSBC.

12.

This offer is made subject to the availability of the gift voucher. In the event that gift vouchers are no longer available, HSBC reserves the right to replace a gift which in the opinion of HSBC has an equivalent value.

13.

Any discrepancy in fund calculation which is not presented or reported by the relevant Customer at the latest on 31 October 2010 will no longer can be claimed by HSBC.

14.

This promotion is not valid for employees of HSBC.

15.

These Terms and Conditions is made in Indonesian language and English, In the event of discrepancy between the Indonesian language version and the English version, the Indonesian language version shall prevail.
