AIRASIA HSBC REWARDS PROGRAM Terms and Conditions |

| 1. | Rewards Points of AirAsia HSBC Classic/Gold Visa (hereinafter shall be referred to as the "Rewards Points" - "AirAsia HSBC Credit Card") can only be redeemed to AirAsia Electronic Gift Voucher (AirAsia EGV) or BIG Points. | ||||||||
| 2. | The redemption of Reward Points may only be done by the main AirAsia HSBC Classic/Gold Visa credit cardholder ("Credit Cardholder") with AirAsia EGV or BIG Points. | ||||||||
| 3. | Credit Cardholder earns 1 (one) AirAsia Reward Point for every multiplication of Rp1,000 (one thousand Rupiah) from total purchase amount by using AirAsia HSBC Credit Card, which do not include cash advance, annual fee, Credit Card interest, or any financial obligation due to AirAsia HSBC Credit Card usage, other credit card payment, AirAsia HSBC Credit Card billing payment and/or other cost regarding to the usage and/or in relation to the usage of AirAsia HSBC Credit Card. | ||||||||
| 4. | Especially for the transaction in AirAsia website i.e. www.airasia.com*, Credit Carholder will earn 2 (two) Reward Points for every multiplication of Rp1,000 (one thousand Rupiah) from total purchase amount . The Rewards Points will be credited maximum 21 business days since the transaction is posted in HSBC System. | ||||||||
| 5. | Reward Points can be earned since the Credit Card issuance date. Reward Points may only be earned by AirAsia HSBC Credit Cardholder whose Credit Card account is still active, has no outstanding payment, not over limit, and if there is no misuse of Credit Card. | ||||||||
| 6. | The redemption of AirAsia EGV with AirAsia Reward Point may only be done by AirAsia HSBC Credit Cardholder whose Credit Card account is still active, has no outstanding payment, not over limit, no misuse of Credit Card, has sufficient AirAsia Reward Points, and has good record as Credit Cardholder (based on the terms applicable in HSBC). | ||||||||
| 7. | Reward Point redemption is based on the accumulation of AirAsia Reward Point recorded in HSBC up to the last working day prior to day of redemption (D-1). The redemption request will be cancelled automatically without further notification if the Reward Point is insufficient for redemption. | ||||||||
| 8. | Reward Point will be considered forfeited in the event of cancellation/closure of AirAsia HSBC Credit Card account by Credit Cardholder. | ||||||||
| 9. | AirAsia Reward Point cannot be assigned, and can not be accumulated from some credit cards (i.e., Visa and MasterCard), under the same or different name, between AirAsia HSBC Classic/Gold Visa Credit Card or between AirAsia HSBC Classic/Gold Visa Credit Card and HSBC Classic/Gold/Platinum/Premier Visa/MasterCard Credit Card. | ||||||||
| 10. | Credit Cardholder who wants to close his/her AirAsia HSBC Credit Card account, cannot transfer his/her AirAsia Reward Point to another card types (i.e., from Visa to MasterCard). Under the same or different name, between AirAsia HSBC Classic/Gold Visa Credit Card or between AirAsia HSBC Classic/Gold Visa Credit Card and HSBC Classic/Gold/Platinum/Premier Visa/MasterCard Credit Card. If Credit Cardholder wants to redeem his/her AirAsia Reward Point, the redemption shall be done no later than 2 (two) weeks before the AirAsia HSBC Credit Card account is closed. Once the AirAsia Credit Card account is closed, all AirAsia Reward Point will be forfeited and HSBC will not entertain any redemption request. | ||||||||
| 11. | AirAsia Reward Point validity period is 2 (two) years since AirAsia Reward Point has been issued.. Credit Cardholder may only redeem AirAsia Reward Point within the validity period and in maximum 2 (two) weeks before the AirAsia Reward Point expiry date. After validity period, AirAsia Reward Point will be forfeited and HSBC will not entertain any redemption of AirAsia Poin Reward. | ||||||||
| 12. | HSBC may modify, terminate, or add terms and conditions of AirAsia HSBC Rewards Program and the required AirAsia Reward Point. HSBC will communicate every change to Cardholders through HSBC website (www.hsbc.co.id) 7 (seven) days before it applies. | ||||||||
| 13. | These Terms and Conditions are governed under Indonesian law. Any dispute occurs in relation with these Terms and Conditions will be referred to the District Court of South Jakarta. | ||||||||
| 14. | These Terms and Conditions are made in Indonesian language and English language. In the event of any inconsistency between the Indonesian language text or English language text, should there be any dispute on the meaning or interpretation of certain provisions, the Parties hereby agree that the Indonesian language text shall prevail. | ||||||||
| AirAsia EGV | |||||||||
| AirAsia EGV is AirAsia voucher that can be used to buy online AirAsia flight tickets, including tax payment, administration fee and pre booked meals and drinks. | |||||||||
| .1. | The value of AirAsia EGV and AirAsia HSBC Rewards Points needed for the redemption are as follows. | ||||||||

| 2. | No limitation of AirAsia Reward Point redemption, each Credit Cardholder can redeem his/her Reward Point with more than 1 (one) AirAsia EGV as long as his/her AirAsia Reward Point is sufficient. | ||||||||
| 3. | Up to 5 (five) AirAsia EGV can be used/redeemed in 1 (one) transaction at AirAsia Website. | ||||||||
| 4. | Credit Cardholder has to register his/her active email address (email address registration can be done when applying for AirAsia HSBC Credit Card) to HSBC to be eligible to redeem AirAsia Reward Point with AirAsia EGV. | ||||||||
| 5. | Credit Cardholder has to inform the change(s) of personal data such as home address, email address, or phone number, through HSBC Phone Banking at (021) 5291 4722 or 0804 186 4722 (outside Jakarta) or 64722 (from your mobile phone). The change(s) will be registered to HSBC system within 3 (three) business days since the request date. | ||||||||
| 6. | Shall there is change(s) of personal data when submitting AirAsia Reward Point redemption request with AirAsia EGV, and Credit Cardholder has not updated his/her personal data which is registered in HSBC, Credit Cardholder has to inform the change of personal data in advance as noted in point 5 above. Credit Cardholder has to submit new AirAsia Reward Point to HSBC after the update process of personal data is done. | ||||||||
| 7. | Valid email address is email address which is registered in HSBC. HSBC has no obligation shall there is wrong AirAsia EGV delivery which is caused by incorrect email address registration by Credit Cardholder when applying, email address change which is not informed to HSBC, and other mistakes which are not done by HSBC. | ||||||||
| 8. | HSBC will send Reward Point redemption data to AirAsia in maximum 5 business days after the Reward Point redemption request is submitted by Credit Cardholder. AirAsia EGV delivery to Credit Cardholder email address will be done directly by AirAsia. Information regarding to AirAsia EGV delivery, receipt, and usage process can be accessed in www.airasia.com | ||||||||
| 9. | Every instruction of redemption of Reward Point with AirAsia EGV which is received by HSBC can not be cancelled or replaced by Credit Cardholder. | ||||||||
| 10. | HSBC does not guarantee the availability of AirAsia EGV at any time. Credit Cardholder may contact HSBC Phone Banking at (021) 524 8009 or 0804 186 4722 (outside Jakarta) or 64722 (from mobile phone) to check the availability of AirAsia EGV. | ||||||||
| 11. | HSBC has no obligation to the accident, loss or damage happen to Credit Cardholder regarding to AirAsia EGV usage. All questions and complaints regarding to AirAsia EGV delivery, receipt, and usage will become the responsibility of PT Indonesia AirAsia and must be designated to AirAsia. | ||||||||
| 12. | HSBC Cardholders is bound to follow terms and conditions of using AirAsia EGV in website www.airasia.com. | ||||||||
| *Only transactions using Indonesian Rupiah and exclude "Go Hostel" and "AirAsia Go" transactions. | |||||||||
| BIG Points | |||||||||
| BIG Points are AirAsia Points that can be redeemed to AirAsia flights. | |||||||||
| 1. | Value of BIG Points and AirAsia HSBC Rewards Points needed for the redemption are as follows | ||||||||

| 2. | Before redeeming reward points, AAHSBC Cardholders have to register for Big Membership in Tune2Big website (www.tune2big.com) to get BIG Membership Number which then BIG Membership Number is to be registered to HSBC by calling HSBC Call Center 021-52914722. | ||||||||
| 3. | For Point Rewards Redemption, Cardholders shall register their BIG Membership Number beforehand. BIG Membership number that is applicable will be BIG Membership Number that is registered in HSBC. HSBC is not responsible for any mistake in sending BIG Points that is caused by wrong registration of BIG Membership number by HSBC Credit Cardholders or changes in BIG Membership number without prior notification to HSBC or any other mistakes that is not caused by HSBC. | ||||||||
| 4. | Credit Cardholders can only register 1 BIG Membership Number. | ||||||||
| 5. | BIG Membership Name that is registered to HSBC has to be the same as name of main cardholder. | ||||||||
| 6. | Change on Big Membership Number must be notified to HSBC to be re-registered. | ||||||||
| 7. | Big Membership Number must be informed to HSBC upon redemption. | ||||||||
| 8. | Any incorrect or mismatched information given by HSBC Cardholders on BIG Points Membership card number or name may cause on delay or cancellaation of registration or redemption process. | ||||||||
| 9. | Minimum redemption Reward Points is 1,000 BIG Points (8,000 AAHSBC Poin Rewards) and its multiplication. | ||||||||
| 10. | Cardholders will receive their BIG Points within 2-4 weeks after the redemption request is received by HSBC. Redeemed BIG Points will be credited into Cardholders BIG Membership Account, subject to the policy of Think BIG Digital Berhad. | ||||||||
| 11. | HSBC Cardholders is bound to follow terms and conditions of using BIG Points in BIG website www.tune2big.com. | ||||||||
